Skill of the Week: Body Position
- Head in neutral position (stand with your back to a wall. Put your heels and back of head against the wall. Your head is now in neutral position).
- The position of your head will impact your body position in the water (how high or low you are in the water). If your body position is incorrect, it will compromise the effectiveness of your kick.
